Your work is scattered across too many tools.

People in one app. Notes in another. Tasks somewhere else. Projects in a tool built for a 200-person team. Documents you can never find. None of them talk to each other. Conteak is one place instead of six.

The workspace

Everything, connected — and private by default.

Six modules that already know about each other. A note links to a person. A task belongs to a project. A milestone remembers who was there.

Contact Vault

Everyone you know, with the full history and the context that matters.

Notes

Rich, encrypted notes. Lock any one behind a PIN only you hold.

Conteak Echo

Day-to-day tasks, organised by day, tied to the people they involve.

Conteak Arcs

Real projects — stages, dependencies, subtasks — without the enterprise bloat.

Career Log

Wins, learnings and milestones — recorded as they happen, not reconstructed later.

Life Dates

Birthdays, renewals, one-off events — with times, ranges and overlap warnings.

Conteak Pulse

Ask your workspace anything.

Pulse answers questions about your own data — “what’s due today?”, “when did I last talk to Priya?”, “which projects are behind?” — and adds things for you in plain English. It never sees a locked note, and nothing you write trains a model.

“Add a task to send the proposal tomorrow at 2pm” — written straight into Echo

Ask Pulse
what should I focus on today?
You have 3 overdue tasks and a client review Thursday. Clear the overdue ones first — the review depends on two of them.
Grounded answer
How many source tables are in the migration scope?
There are 38 source tables across 1.72 TB. OMNI_RPT alone holds 9; the remaining 26 are ≈97 GB. [1]

Pulse Knowledge · add-on

An assistant that answers from your own documents.

Upload files or whole folders into a workspace. Pulse answers questions grounded in them, with citations back to the source. Grant access per person — a contractor sees only the workspace you shared, nothing else.

PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, images — OCR for scans
Out-of-scope questions get “check with your admin”, not a guess
Optional add-on — pick the volume you need, top up anytime
Solo to organization

Start solo. Add your team when you’re ready.

The same product. It just turns on more as you grow — no migration, no rebuild.

Individual

The full workspace — contacts, notes, tasks, projects, Career Log, Life Dates, Pulse.

Team / Practice

A verified domain, a live colleague directory, shared Knowledge workspaces, per-seat billing.

Organization

Four-level roles, a full activity log, domain lock, and a pooled Knowledge allowance you divide fairly.

Built for how you work

One tool, whether it’s just you or a whole team.

A few of the ways people run their work on Conteak.

The independent consultant

Every client, every call note, every open task in one private place — no more losing the thread between a WhatsApp message and a proposal.

The freelance designer

Ask Pulse “what did I promise this client” and it pulls the note, the task and the date — the first tool that actually remembers.

The fractional operator

Five engagements at once, each with its own people, docs and deadlines — kept cleanly apart. Nothing bleeds between clients.

A small design studio

Share a colleague directory and client Knowledge workspaces without onboarding anyone into enterprise software — it still feels personal.

A boutique consultancy

Roles and an activity log show who changed what, without turning the firm into a bureaucracy — the right amount of governance.

An advisory firm

New hires ask Pulse Knowledge instead of interrupting a partner — it answers straight from the firm’s playbooks, with the page reference.

Private by default

Your data is yours. Full stop.

Paid software — no ads, no tracking, no data sold. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest. Locked notes are readable only by you, and never shown to Pulse. Remove someone from a team and their access ends immediately.

What people are saying.

Real feedback from the solo consultants and small teams already running on Conteak.

Switched from three separate apps to just this one. The fact that a note links straight to a task and a person is the whole reason I stayed.

AM
Aarav M.
Independent Consultant

Pulse remembering what I promised a client, word for word, has saved me from at least two awkward follow-up emails already.

PS
Priya S.
Freelance Designer

Running five client engagements without anything bleeding into each other was the one thing I needed. Knowledge workspaces are a nice bonus.

DK
Daniel K.
Fractional COO

Rolling this out to the studio took an afternoon, not a quarter. Everyone had a colleague directory and shared notes by lunch.

Meera T.
Studio Founder, 6-person team

The activity log gives us just enough visibility without feeling like we hired a compliance officer. Exactly the right amount of structure.

New hires ask Pulse Knowledge before they ask me now, and it actually cites the playbook page. That alone paid for the add-on.
